Game loss
I loved the game at first. Played it everyday. But suddenly it started from the beginning after I had gone so far. I’ve spoken to customer care but it wasn’t productive. Finally just deleted the game from the phone.

Hello,if you select quick play when you started, check if you have saved your account details in your device's gallery. Device login requires the same device to retrieve the account details. If you forget your account and password, please provide character name, ID and server to the CS and they will assist you in getting your account back.
