Very Useless App

Both the service and functionality of the app of this company is the same: nonsense!

For more than a week now the documents that a company sent to me through this company is nowhere to be found.

The tracking option on the app doesn’t work. The customer service number is always saying “all agents busy”. Such a frustrating experience!

Scam app

I tried to fund my wallet, they ended taking my money and then inform me that I didn’t register as a merchant, and I can’t use the app, meanwhile they have taken my money and don’t want to refund me my money…

App not functioning

I can't seem to log into my app and I can't even book shipment offline, your service is very terrible. Kindly work on your app please
