Navigation issue
The app works fine for me and when I try going back from a page using the back button at the top left it works fine but if I use my phones swipe gesture to go back I end up stuck on a black screen and have to close the app.

Poor performance
How can you build a wallet that knows how to collect money only without withdrawing. I deposited 71k into the delivery wallet with intention to use it for pickup delivery, unfortunately the delivery didn't happen because of some unforseen circumstances beyond my country.
There's no way I haven't begged this company for at least 70% refund and they boldly refused. I called them on phone series of times yet the refused letting me withdraw or refund me the money. They even layed me off my asking me to contact them via emails which I wrote to them over 5 times with no reply.
My advise to anyone wishing to deposit fund into this wallet, best be completely sure that you must use any money funded in this delivery wallet for your deliveries, otherwise you'll never have it back.
Service review
Dear GIGGo, thank you for your service but I have few things I would love to bring to your notice for service improvement.
1. Please make provision for feedback on your app and if possible have a live customer service rep online to attend to customer queries and feedback.
2. Make it possible that with my tracking ID I can see the arrival date of my package.
3. 7 days is such a long time for a package coming from Akwa Ibom to Lagos, even a package I sent to the UK took just four working days.
