No business account mobile app
I don’t see how you can proudly say you bank is future forward when you don’t have an app for your business accounts, making payments is always so difficult, having to login on the browser every time, the UI on the website is also terrible, navigation is confusing, and the interface is not intuitive enough.
To be honest, you guys are far behind on everything future related, and you need to do something about that because I don’t mind switching banks for something as simple as the mobile app cause when you think of it that is common for most fintech solutions right now.
Providus Bank not opening on iPhone6

Very respectful!
To the IT team or the programmer.
Kindly take a view and rectify some of the bugs issues that might have be causing “PROVIDUS BANK” not to be able to open on IPhone6 device. According to the description before I decided to download the app, it says, compatible with iOS 12.5 or later and currently, that’s the version of the software I am using. I can’t use Providus bank on my device, except I purchase for a new device and which I don’t have the money to get a new one. I would suggest this issues be taking into consideration and review, in order to help most especially the subscribers using an iPhone 6 device. One of the issues I’m experiencing from my device is that, whenever I try’s to open the app, it automatically shut itself down within a second. This is the reason I have decided to drop this message.

When Will This Application Ever be Usable with Assistive Technology?
I was quite hopeful when I saw that this app finally has an update. But I was disappointed just as soon as I downloaded it. I really don't like being blunt; but frankly it's so unfortunate that after much pleadings with the bank's representatives, via both calls to customer care and in-person visit to the bank, there seems to be no appetite for designing this app to be inclusive so that users of screen-readers and other assistive technology can use it. Providus Bank can do better than this! Now I have to uninstall it again. And though I'm an account holder, I can operate my account because I'm blind. But being blind really isn't the issue. It's rather the failure or rather the refusal of the app developers to accommodate my inclusion into their design. This is not commendable at all!
