Poor customer service
This app is becoming increasingly annoying, you don’t get token after payment has been made, and when you call the customer care line you spend minutes on the line waiting to speak to an agent only for the system to cut the call because their agents are busy. Why would I be on a queue and you decide to cut me off ?! My last six purchases on this app have been frustrating… you pay for power and one remains in darkness because you wont get your token and calling customer service is equally frustrating.
Inconvenient
A very exhausting platform. They promise convenience but I’ve been using BuyPower for some months and it is everything but convenient. I bought tokens and got debited but I didn’t receive the token until about 6 hours later. I called and was placed on hold with my own airtime running for up to 30 minutes, I chatted with them on their online platform where they claim to respond in 15 minutes but they responded hours later. The most inconsistent, unreliable platform. Nothing convinrent about this.
