Hello! We’re popping in for a few new updates for some of our special users;
We now have an identification process for politically exposed persons. If you’re a Politically exposed person, you can now add a description of your PEP status during onboarding. For existing customers, you’ll get a banner in-app to update your KYC with your PEP status.
For our users who are not in Nigeria, we've made it easier for you to confirm your location by submitting your resident permit. Existing users who are not in Nigeria can also update this information seamlessly within the app.

I must be candid, you guys are really trying but your recent demands on registration update in order not to change company name is too far. Why must i spend 70k over registration of CAC just to keep my company name as ICON for my customers to transact business with me? You guys didn’t tell us that, and why do I have to open an account with you guys if the purpose of link is not utilized, I think I need to quit because my other Accounts demanded the same at first instance and that’s why I chose you people, I think I had no clue opening account with you guys then.
Network and mobile Data feature
This is my 3rd year with Moniepoint.. I must say your network and service are commendable. But pls when will “mobile Data”feature be added to it? Besides your network lately can be so frustrating and annoying though some days are like that, but it just gets too much for those of us with no alternative POS network but just Moniepoint.. pls and pls you hardly have network issues before which make doing business with you beautiful but this days., na God help use we Dey o!

The app doesn’t display the senders name when they send money.
I opened this app for business purpose so I can open the account in my business name, but I just found out you can’t get notifications that you received money, and the money will just reflect in your account it won’t show the senders name at all just transactions id, how do I confirm payments of several customers when their names are displayed on the transaction history. Please update should be made to show the senders name.
