Fast and reliable banking app but no savings platform
I think you should create a platform to help we the customers to save our earnings for future purpose just like other digital banks… I think I would prefer saving my money with moniepoint than anyother digital bank because moniepoint is always the best❤️ So please work on it and keep up your good works, thank you❤️

Hi there, You can create a Savings plan on Moniepoint:
Log in to your Moniepoint account via the app. Tap the savings icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
Select your preferred savings plan from the options available: Flex Savings, Monielock, or Fixed Deposit. Each plan has a brief description.
Choose the most suitable plan and click "Start Saving."
Enter your savings details and proceed by clicking "Next."
Review the summary of your savings information and agree to the terms and conditions. Click "Create Plan."
Optionally, you can edit your savings plan before finalizing.
Please note Flex Savings and Monielock plans comply with halal standards, and you have the option to opt-out of earning interest.
This simple process enables you to set up your Savings plan conveniently on the Moniepoint app. Feel free to reach out to us via store.support@moniepoint.com for further assistance and inquiry.
Utterly useless
Neo banks are meant to be easy to use with low charges. Moniepoint is a disgrace. They charge extra 15 naira on every one thousand naira when you use their card for web payment. They also have the poorest customer service you can think of. So slow they will make a snail look like Usain Bolt.
I've logged a failed payment dispute for more than a week, but their sub snail customer service are yet to rectify it. It's better to stick to the apps that work. Moniepoint can't even do app upgrade correctly.

Add money feature & touch id or face id
Love the app and its interface but we need the add money via bank card and linking of commercial bank acct for seamless transactions also more providers for the betting section and we should be able to verify our payment by touch id or face id for added privacy thank you
