After refining the formulas and successfully reaching my own weight loss goals, I realized I needed this logic in my pocket, not just on my desktop. I rebuilt that proven system from scratch using native SwiftUI. The result is a lightning-fast, ultra-lightweight tool that respects your time, your battery, and your privacy.
