Can’t order on the app
App doesn’t even fulfill any basic functionality. You can’t make an order on the app.
Poooooooor Apppppppp
Poor app! Poor customer service. I really don’t know why you created an app if you can’t handle it. Very shameful- poor app design, orders can’t be tracked, contact number isn’t connecting, support person is slow to answer and even ignores WhatsApp messages.
It should be zero stars if possible but I guess one star must be left for your pizza which isn’t so bad. But I advise y’all (readers), go and pick up at the store or send your delivery person unless hunger Fi kill you.
Improve it or delete it from here!!!
App should be shut down
How can you use one app, for the whole country, you order in a different city and someone else where is replying from a different city, and it's difficult to track your order, they can't control the app, people on iG taking orders are better off, every time I try to order, it's always exhausting because I keep calling and calling...
