I have issue with my app

I love Plotagon app. It’s actually the best app for animation creation.
But whenever am writing a story and leave to attend to my messaging or something when I come back to Plotagon, it takes hours to load my story for me to continue writing. Please fix this. It wasn’t like this before.

This app wasn't like this before

It's so frustrating to use.. I'm trying to play the scenes but it just takes me to watch ads and I never get to watch what I've written.. Has it gotten this bad?????

Crash

I downloaded the app a couple of days ago and I haven’t been able to use it at all. Once I try to create a scene, it crashes. Over and over and over again. I’m highly disappointed. I had good hopes for this app because I read the reviews. Am I the only one having this problem?

I closed all my apps while using (like the developer advised) and I have 30GB worth of space and it crashed still..... I might have to delete this if there’s no solution
