Prospa - Business Account 4+

I think the app brings good solutions and innovative ideas for business owners. So far, I’ve had better record keeping and invoicing for my business. The user interface is easy to use and you can track your funds well. You guys just need to work on your customer service being quicker. But I’ll give this app 9/10. I use it. It’s great!

I have never encountered any app as useless like this in my entire life. You shall all know NO PEACE. The kind of pain I’m going through is what everybody in your company will go through including even cleaners and Even the person that referred you guys. Prospa will never amount to anything good in this life. Imagine telling me I can’t send my money out because I sent into the freelancer account even told me to create a business account, after doing that and creating everything with lots of requirement sand waiting because of stupid customer care services. Then they eventually replied again telling me I can’t send more than 200 thousand naira daily. In which it’s going to take me almost a month to send the money out. Once Again, this your Prospa app and your other startup ideas will never Prosper!

I will never advice my worst enemy to use this app for anything.I opened the account and I have to be transferring 200,000 daily to clear almost 3million naira in the account.I did a 200,000 transfer in batches of 50,000/ transactions and I was debited but the customer was not credit.
I messaged the useless account officer but his line is always switched off and can only be accessed on WhatsApp.
I lodged the complaint to him and he said it’s from the receiving bank but the receiving bank claimed prospar is the only one to resolve it as they originated the transfer.
Funniest park,he stopped responding to my message.

Pls ,I need their twitter handle as I have to tag them as I will be reporting them to Cbn as they are not a reliable app so people should avoid them.
