Could you please show notifications?
Sometimes you maybe chatting and due to delayed response, you leave the app and you wouldn’t know when the support personnel or Doctor responds.
You have to keep going back and forth just to find out if there is a response.
Great App & Areas to Improve on
Great app. Works well. Hospitals need to be categorized based on user’s plan rather than a laundry list. Also customer support should not be far away. Current automated customer care responses are quite limiting. Yup. Overall, great app.

Kindly always notify us when medical personnel we chatting with respond to avoid delays and uncompleted online medical sessions.
