Reliance HMO! You deserve no rating at all. How can I make a complaint about my health and a prescription that was prescribed to be delivered to a sick person, and it's still not coming after 3 days? This is something else - I could be dying! I had to go buy my medicine at a pharmacy after waiting on you for 3 days. I see no point in renewing my monthly subscription.I kept waiting for days as each of your trained liar customer care officers kept comforting me, saying they're on their way to deliver the drug every day. They claimed they had escalated it and notified the pharmacy that it's a matter of urgency. Blah, blah, blah... Arrant rubbish HMO 😡

Could you please show notifications?Sometimes you maybe chatting and due to delayed response, you leave the app and you wouldn’t know when the support personnel or Doctor responds. You have to keep going back and forth just to find out if there is a response.

I don’t know if this is your fault or the hospital’s fault. I ordered drugs since Monday evening. Let’s say you can’t deliver same day but you had the whole pt Tuesday to follow up. This is Wednesday 2:48 and I’m yet to get a call from the rider. Let’s say I was dying and needed it in 24 hours, I’d be gone by now. This is sad for a first time user and so unfair. Your live chat is automated for a health care provider smh. I’ve gone to buy my drugs and that’s so unfair.
