Our driver community undertakes mandatory training on proper road usage, first aid, and road safety. A SafeBoda driver is identifiable by their name(s) on the back of the orange reflector jacket and a unique number on the helmet. A SafeCar driver is identified by matching the number plate on your app to that on the car.

You can pay water, electricity, TV, and tax bills effortlessly on the SafeBoda app. All you have to do is deposit cashless on your wallet, tap pay bills and follow prompts.

Good and bad experience
First time I ordered Bike from your company. The driver didn’t say much,but because he was aware that I didn’t know the exact place I was going to. He overcharged me. When I checked the app,it was showing #250 from Ojoor to bashorun. When we got to Bashorun. He collected #450. I was showing him the app and he kept on saying his money is #450 . I was so angry and said I was going to delete the app,but I forgot and just let it be. Then one day I wanted to go to Sango inside one area called Agbaje (not sure of the spelling)and someone pleaded that I should take Safe Boda. I agreed and the Man was actually very Nice and friendly. The app was showing #600 at the end of the trip and that was exactly what he collected . He even made sure I got in safely and even taught me how to use the app. You guys have good drivers and also bad ones. And it is your duty to fish out the bad ones because they are bad for business.

Verbally abused me and embarrassed me in the middle of the street because I told him I’m at the junction and instead waited inside a car at a stone throw
He was yelling as if I wasted his time and his life by telling him to just drive further down a little bit
He then proceeded to drive to my destination and money at 200 was deducted from my wallet without me taking up the ride
This app has served me so well until this man named wole did this
I hope I never come across such a rider because I don’t think he would be held accountable in any way whatsoever

Safe Boda have served me so well,until of recent ur driver start playing smart on me,delivery fee are to be deducted from my wallet,nd am sure they knw. But they will get to my customer nd after delivering they will demand for cash delivery from them nd still yet safe Boda will deduct payment from my wallet,this had happen severally,nd have send report every time this happen,but I guess the company do not have say or authority over their driver,cus I have never get any response neither did you do anything about it.
