I no longer get hamster keys, no matter how long I play. It just keeps saying “loading”. I think it is a glitch

The game is boring, the advertisements are annoying,compulsory ad and it is really disgusting My issue is the advertisement😭😭, your ads are too much, there is a 30sec ad compulsory for every 30sec you spend on the game… it stays on your screen and make you watch it by force, I can’t help but wonder if you guys are influencers trying to help other game brands sell while frustrating the people using your app… ya all should just be thankful to hamster kombat it’s the only reason why am enduring, once the airdrop listing is done, am deleting the app… and please the hamster codes are glitching

Game not working and instructions
Game has not been working for 2 days now! Opens, but nothing else works! Instructions on how to play could also help because first two days of playing, I just kept going in circle not knowing I had to increase cranes, level up and increase the capacity to be able to advance
