Please fix the new update
Please fix trove, this new update is something else, where are all the assets table and for some reason the Nigerian stock market is now opening the same time with the international stock market. The loading experience of stocks is more than 5 seconds, still trying to get used to the new UI. The app has left the term simple. I love you guys but please make my trading experience swift and easy. I’d love you guys to do some more testing and get feedback
Great App
Trove has proving itself as a robust and a dependable investment/trading app for both local and US stocks and bonds. The reliability of the app is far ahead of others. The loads of information, technical and fundamental analysis of stocks, suggestion and ease of navigation are very commendable. Trove has improved tremendously from what I used to know when I registered with them in 2nd quarters of year 2020.
However, the numbers of stocks available to their users need to be increased and the frequency/speed of market update needs to be improved on. There is a room for more improvement.
In overall assessment and appraisal, and to the best of my knowledge, Trove is the best in Nigeria as today, among it peers.
Keep it up. Bravo!
Needs a little bit of work
I’m not going to lie it’s an amazing app. I love the services they offer and don’t get me started with the fantastic customer service. My red flag from this app is the UI/UX interface, it’s sometimes slow and laggy and it takes a while for the charts to load even the same with the website, the search bar is a bit disappointing because I have to type the full name of the stock I want to purchase before it appears, when I try to make purchases on the demo account it freezes sometimes both on the app and website so I would have to refresh or close the app and open it again. It would be amazing if all this could be fixed because I love the app but these flaws are discouraging and scary.
