UBA Mobile App 4+

Kinda frustrating.

The app crashes every time you use auto-complete when filling in any input. Leaving a comment is compulsory for every transaction 🙄 — so if you’re typing a comment and your keyboard auto fills a word (the app crashes) — so when you’ve imputed the acct. no. and bank name and proceeded to the next step, input the amount and then a comment — the app crashes, if your phone autocompletes any word (and imagine how often your phone does that for you!!), you’ll have to start all over again — and I don’t mean from step 1, I mean closing the app and logging back in again. FRUSTRATING!!! You can’t imagine how frustrating this bug is.

If you have more than one UBA acct., only one shows. You should be able to use all your UBA ACCTs.

Digital banking made easy

The UBA app has introduced me to various investments opportunities and the personal finance manager helps me track my expenses, set goals and I can set my daily and monthly limits without stress on the App. The app has been developed to a great stage with super fast response rate and a user friendly userface.

I enjoyed a seamless digital banking experience with instant notifications . Not only have I been able to save, I can also set spending limits. Airtime topup, transfer of money from the comfort of my home and payment of other bills have been made super easy on this app including checking of account balance at no extra cost.

The experience with UBA mobile App is fantastic. I can do almost anything and everything with this app. Their 24- hour customer fulfillment centre is just a tap away.

Problems with logging in

UBA , this app has helped me with my financial efforts and problems like since 2021 but since today and yesterday,I’ve been having trouble logging in. With this new update ,when I log in ,it’ll start giving an excuse i.e; internet error. I also tried using the old version but they said that I’ve reached maximum use of the device that I should go to ‘Manage My Device’ and sign out of the device I used before but it just keeps saying Duplication Error and never gives the device I should sign out of/delete.
Please , this app has helped me a lot and it hurts me that there can’t be a way for me to login, please fix this.
