For me to log in to this app most times it a problem some times it take 3 to 4 days before I can access it, When it finally open for account balance to show it’s a problem, banking system very slow, my state branch customer service zero. This bank always have one issue or the other. To get alart is a problem even when alart comes it will be after 2 to 3 days, giving wrong alart figures not corresponding with the actual figure in my account balance. How can a ledger balance reflect each time you receive alart, that make my alart figure always high. Please I need an accurate alart balance. I’m not giving you even 1 start. You wold have not gotten even star, I just need to submit my review so you can see it that’s why you are having even one star.

I wonder how you got NYSC to endorse to create accounts for corps members. This bank is the most useless bank I have ever used. From the moment the account was created on NYSC camp, it has been one issue or the other. First, it was daily 2k withdrawal, next asking me to go to bank to write hand written letter to request for statement of account when other bank in this time and age will send your statement of account to you via mail even if you ask at 1:00am, to telling me my password was incorrect and me making change my password not knowing that the app is the one with the issues. Only God knows what will happen when the increased allawee gets paid. With these few experiences, this bank is not worth banking with after my service year. Ire oooo

Undeliverable: My account has been restricted December last year and I went to ademola tokumbo Unity bank branch to fix it with a valid id card and utility bill, they only lift the restriction without upgrading which I never knew, all of a sudden on Saturday morning went to transfer some money from my unity bank account, they were still telling me restricted, which means all the efforts I made that December was in vein, I went to the bank yesterday to figure things out only to find out that the problem is from my branch that is banex branch and they still haven’t uplift the restriction, this makes me to hate the bank, I have more than 3 accounts at other banks they don’t give me headaches like this. Then why Unity bank?

Very stupid bank with lazy and rude customer care service. Every time update your app while the useless app isn’t even due for update. Can’t make transfer for more than 3days. Every time issues upon issues but if it’s insane high charges, una go carry first. If not for NYSC what would I be doing with this God forsaken bank that has refused to do anything about their incapability. This is the worst bank you can ever think of opening 😡🤬 even when you call their customer service they either tell you it’s not their fault you should keep waiting, or end the call on you. God I hate this bank. I wish there’s something more than 1star....better close down this useless bank if you can’t work on yourselves🤬
