System Core Feature:

DATABASE:
- Create Database File at Downloads/Exact Folder
- Open a Database
- Create a Local Server in the main computer when creating or opening a database file
- Other computers can connect to the main computer server

EXACT FILES:
- Take an Image by Camera and Save it into a Database
- Take a Customer's Image by Camera and Save in the Database
- Select an Attachment and Save it in the Database
- Upload Photos to Main Computer Server by Mobile and Other Computers connected to the same computers

EXACT CLOUD:
- Sign up for a new account
- Upload Image for New Account Created
- Register a company at Exact Cloud
- Upload Company Logo

SHARE MESSAGE:
- Share a transaction message with Whats App
- Copy a transaction message


After Creating or opening an Exact database file users can:

1) Accounts: for Customers, Saraf and Employees.
- Save Upload an Image for Exact Card

2) Journal: Credit from or Debit to an Account.

3) Exchange: Debit from One Account and Credit to Another with Benefits.

4) Transfer: Income Unpaid, Paid, and Outgoing Transfers with Benefits.

5) Dashboard:
- Home (Time, Today Transactions, All Accounts, Currencies, and Actions),
- Treasure (Exact available Amount at your treasure)

6) Support Pashto, Dari, and English System Languages.

7) Use at Multiple Computers
* Create a server by opening/opening a database at the main computer
* Other computers can connect to the main computer by
- 1) Connecting to the same Wi-Fi Router of the main Computer
- 2) Open Exact System, click on Connect to Computer
- 3) Enter the IP address of the main computer

8) Connect to Mobile and Share Transactions with WhatsApp using Mobile Application.
* When mobile and computer are on the same Wi-Fi network, Mobile can connect to the main computer database server

9) Print or Share PDF of Transaction Bill and All Transactions Reports.
