Good ap

I’m having a dry January so enjoying using the ap. I would like to see more info about exactly how many units each drink is. For example what does the ap mean by beer? What percentage beer is this? I live in the Netherlands and drink beer from 5-9 %. Also what exactly is meant by a unit of alcohol? I notice the ap suggests a bottle of wine is 7 units. This translates to 7 very small glasses.
I just worry that I may be drinking more than I realize. So maybe this area of the ap could be made clearer.

Ik ben sinds 5 dagen begonnen met een soort van chalange, samen met mijn schoonzus.we hebben afgesproken dat we elkaar iedere dag een klein berichtje sturen, hoe de dag(avond) is gegaan. Dit is voor mij ideaal om een stok achter de deur te hebben ,maar veel belangrijker nog: je helpt/stimuleert elkaar hierin. Misschien een handige tip voor een ieder die ook overweegt om te beginnen .... iig succes allemaal gr Ronald
