Bit concerned
More people start an account here, as I did I, but I am a bit concerned that (correct me if I am wrong) profiles cannot be made private. I am pretty sure adult bots and profiles will follow soon as on every social media. And people get exposed to it. They can controle what they want to see, but minors can be curious and decide to check the adult content. So any freak can follow you and you need to manually block them? I hope this is sorted out soon. It makes people vulnerable.
Great Alternative
The app works perfectly and new features are added very often. Please give us an app for MacOS (and iPad, I’ve seen people complaining). For the rest, keep up the good work! It really feels like young Twitter and it’s beautiful.
Great social media app where the users are in control
Bluesky is a great Twitter alternative. Less toxic people and more friendly people with healthy discussion’s instead of hate. No ads and you can customize your own timeline. You are in charge of what you see. You can also make your own timelines. Still missing some features but I’m sure they will add those overtime
