Incredible scan to CAD service!

I’m totally blown away by their results. A while back I scanned my home to try it out, I included a drawing with laser measured dimensions to compensate for LiDAR inaccuracies. The file I received was very very good, with extreme detailing (as long as it is scanned of course - power outlets etc.).
Yesterday I scanned the home of a client, they happened to have the architect’s drawings with measurements so I included a photo of those drawings and the results are once again extremely detailed and correct.
I think it’s very important to include extra measurements to Canvas when ordering, since the LiDAR on your iPhone isn’t all that precise.

This is without a doubt a very good service. The last few months I tested just about every LiDAR 3D scanning app and none came close to these results.
It’s also great that you can scan and take measurements from that scan on your computer through the link they provide you with after uploading for colorising. That function is free. But if you plan to do some serious work with your scans, the scan to CAD service is amazing and takes tedious reproduction of the situation out of your workflow for a fair price. Just remember to provide additional information on crucial parts.

Edit: Haven't heard from you! Did you actually have a problem with the app? We are standing by to help. As we said, you were given an estimate and nothing more. The actual charge was the correct charge for the square footage of your house. It's disappointing you left this negative review stand given it's a vote against all the hard working people here.

Hello, the app will first give you an estimated range for your order, then when we complete order processing, we'll charge you based on the square footage of the space. Given that the purpose of the product is to measure the square footage of the space, we're pretty sure you looked at the estimate, not the final total. If you think that's incorrect, please do contact support at support@canvas.io as we want to get this right for you. We're a small business with hard working people that care about our customers, so one star reviews are absolutely detrimental to us as they directly impact our app store ranking. Please do contact us so we can fix this for you and hopefully cause you to update your review. Edit: We never heard from this user and never saw a chargeback, which leads us to believe that we were correct, the customer misinterpreted the estimated price as the final total.

It’s a joke

I don’t even know where to start.
First this app does not live up to it’s promise.
I scanned my living room (quite some work), paid for a render.
What I received was just laughable; there’s so much wrong that I don’t think this will ever work.
I waisted money...
