Camera stays on in settings view

This is unnecessary and consumes more battery. Considering LiDAR already takes a lot of battery. Just this small change would be cool

Hi Marn20, we're sorry you feel that way! We actually do this intentionally as there are a number of benefits to overall scanning performance and scan session health. To conserve battery (and potentially further aid scan quality) we strongly recommend putting your device into Airplane mode when scanning. This will clear up any background tasks and turn off 5G which can be very power/battery hungry. Please reach out at hi@sitescape.ai if you have any questions or need anything else!

Everything is gone

Well thanks a lot. You guys are really the worst! All my scans are gone. This is soooo bad for an app like this! All the time I put into making those scans of all those special places where I am never going there be again are gone. Don’t get this app if you want quality. You won’t be able to keep your scans anyway. Get another app that way you will be able to use your scans and not LOOSE them

UPDATE: Hi Martynnnnn, The latest version fixes the issue you encountered. Updating the app will return any scans that were previously missing and thank you very much for reporting this!
