No option to cancel auto renew

Cant stop anything

I can not speak malaysian, yet inportant parts of the app are in malaysian and i cant change it to english!!!!!!

Unable to use app - keeps loading

Able to open app, but keeps loading so am unable to use it. Need to do top up in shop now. Very inconvenient
