The CGX app integrates with Apple HealthKit to show heart rate, calories burned and step counter data in the statistics section of the app on the home screen, so you can easily monitor your stats while in the app.

Amazing

Started following Caroline’s exercises on YouTube, it did amazing things to my body and posture. I’m glad she made an app, I can take it everywhere 🤩

Room for improvement

Love the workouts but there are some inprovements that are needed for the app to rate it higher:
- favorites, scheduled and completed workouts are not synched between devices
- buttons on my wireless earbuds do not work the way they are supposed to so cannot pause the workout by pressing earbud. This works on all other apps as well as YouTube and movies. Not sure why the app doesn’t respond

Great workouts but functionality can be improved

I have been doing Caroline's workouts since they were only available on YouTube so glad to see there is now a dedicated app. Great content, it's really challenging but I can feel my body changing. 😁
What I would like to see (and it's currently missing) is the progress with doing a program. So to see I've done 5 workouts from the program and now I should be doing the 6th. There is nothing to keep track of that.
It would also be nice to have the trainings in your calendar if you start a program. So you know Monday, Wednesday, Friday are workout days and the relevant training session is pre-assigned.

Hey Diana! Thanks so much for your great feedback :) You can assign an entire program to your CGX calendar and that will automatically populate the workouts (and your rest days!) in the calendar. We love the idea of being able to track your progress throughout a program – thanks for sharing!
