iPhone 15 issues
Love this service, but it’s very difficult to use the app. I have an iPhone and the menu on the top is almost unusable. It’s too high and almost hitting iPhone top section where time, network and battery icons are. Hence you can’t really click on back/edit or any other CTAs placed in the top of the app. Also the title of the app navbar is not readable, since it’s behind the Dynamic Island.

App is a disaster; Service is pretty good
The app is incomprehensibly terrible - buttons don’t work, bugs cause reboots, navigational elements are placed outside of the areas where an iPhone user can tap so you need to close and reopen the app. It’s genuinely terrible for core usability. The service itself is ok, it’s almost entirely students, so great for babysitting or a few weeks. But essentially worthless for longer term engagements beyond a week or two. Go in knowing what it is and you’ll be fine with it.
