Terrible experience, waiting outside a locked door weekly

About every 2-3 days, I get an error and need to manually “refresh keys.” Then about weekly I need to re-log in to the app entirely. This invalidates the whole idea of a smart lock. Strongly recommend against buying Danalock products until this is fixed.

About every 2-3 days, I get an error and need to manually “refresh keys.” Then about weekly I need to re-log in to the app entirely. This invalidates the whole idea of a smart lock. Strongly recommend against buying Danalock products until this is fixed.

Edit: 17/03/2025After 6 months of using another lock I downloaded the update for Danalock to see if they solved the calibration issue and I have to say the lock works like it should be. Opens every time I approach the door and the problem with calibration has been solved———After using the lock for over 3 years I finally decided to remove the lock from my door and installed another brand. The update with the new calibrate option made the lock completely useless because the calibration settings were lost after a couple of days. I did some research and Danalocks statement was to not use the key because it will interfere will the calibration settings. I have seen this lock work without this issue in the past but for me this lock has become a defect product after that update

Have the lock for some years now, but often fails. Forgetting it’s digital keys or twist settings. I can never leave home without regular keys as a backup.

Lock seldom opens automaticaly

We have danalock for about half a year now and it seldom works. We have the automatic unlock option on, but it almost never works. It doens’t detect that we are leaving te geofence zone and it doesnt open the door when we are within bluetooth range. The automatic opening was the very reason we bought it so we are very unsatisfied. Request for help or questions are seldom answerd by the helpdesk. If you are looking for an automated doorlock, this is NOT the one you want.
