New customers can simply download the app and open a FirstBank account while existing customers with Verve or Naira Mastercards can register and begin using the app without cause to visit a physical branch location. FirstMobile is poised to offer an even more reliable and definitely more convenient digital banking experience with its latest version update.

Terrible App
The app barely works. There is no part of this app that works as expected:
1. Login fails almost everyone with an error
2. When you make a transfer, you don’t see details of transaction like session ID
3. You cannot view previous transactions, though there’s a button to query them.
4. You cannot reach customer support from this app
5. Virtual is pretty much useless, doesn’t work anywhere.
If it was possible to rate an app below 1 star, that’s what this app deserves.
