SAVED COLLECTIONS
The collections list allows you to quickly find all data related to any trip — making it easy to sort and locate the course or location you’re looking for.
CLOUD STORAGE
The waypoints, courses and activities you’ve created will automatically sync to your Garmin Explore web account when you’re within cellular or
Wi-Fi range, preserving your activity data with cloud storage. A Garmin account is required for storing your data in the cloud.

Werkt prima met GPSMAP 66st
De app werkt perfect met de GPSMAP66st. Soms is het even puzzelen wat je moet gebruiken. Garmin Connect of de webpagina of de PC. GPX bestanden op de iPhone moet je delen met Garmin Explore.
Synchroniseren na een wandeling werkt goed en snel.

Option to make GPX files for motorcycle gone
I used this app to make myself gpx routes. From scratch and on the go when im traveling with the motorbike. Now my navigation system is useless because of this app changed. I can no longer make gpx routes for the motorcycle.. i have to sell the whole thing now and buy DMD…

Edit: Try opening the GPX file on your phone and then choosing the More option from the app that opened the file, it will present you with a list of apps that can open the GPX and you can select Garmin Explore. We have an issue with the "Import GPX" option from our + button on the Maps page but if you use the approach I described the GPX file imports correctly. I was trying two things - sharing a GPX from Explore and importing a GPX into Explore, I chose "Share" for one of my collections and was able to text the file to myself and then open it back into Explore. We'll continue to work to fix the "Import GPX" option but this "text it to yourself" might help you continue to plan trips in the meantime. -Chip
