A regisztráció menete szörnyű.
Angol nyelvű beállítással a házszám mező nem is “kattintható”, viszont ha átkapcsolom magyarra, akkor már jó. Most meg próbálom hozzáadni a dokumentumokat, de csak felugrik egy üzenet, hogy ellenőrzéshez töltsem fel a dokumentumaimat... No, de pont ezt próbálom megtenni! 🤦♂️

Ha még fennáll a probléma, kérlek vedd fel velünk a kapcsolatot emailben (ugyfelszolgalat@greengo.com)! Az appot fejlesztettük azóta, így már az angol nyelvű beállításnál is jól működik a házszám beállítása.
Great app... when it works
The GreenGo concept is perfect and it has kept me going within the city for about a year now. For this I’d give the app a 4 star score alone.
However, if only:
1. The servers weren’t out so many times - you need to find another way of getting around.
2. Cars didn’t get “out of service” the moment you try to open it - leaving you to have to find an alternative means of transport.
3. One didn’t have to wait such a long time for opening and closing the car - the app and connection with the greengo server is slooowwwww.
All in all a good service, but one that I would only recommend if you’re happy to engage Plan B. Don’t fully rely on it.
