A MOL Bubi környezettudatos, gyors, kényelmes alternatívát kínál a belvárosi közlekedésben. Válaszd a legzöldebb közösségi közlekedési eszközt, és MOL Bubizz!
Töltsd le az alkalmazást, keress egy MOL Bubi kerékpárt a 158 gyűjtőállomás egyikén, és pár másodpercen belül már bringázhatsz is!
Mindezt egy pillanat alatt: a gyors regisztrációt követően kiválaszthatod a számodra megfelelő díjszabást, híreket olvashatsz, visszajelzést adhatsz, kupont válthatsz be, illetve közvetlenül megkeresheted ügyfélszolgálatunkat.
A kerékpár felvételéhez használd a QR-kód-olvasót, vagy add meg azt a 6 jegyű számsort, amely a kerékpár hátulján vagy a nyeregcső alatt található. A kerékpár hátulján lévő okoslakat hangos kattanással automatikusan nyílik, és a sípszó után már fel is pattanhatsz az almazöld bringára. Az applikációban folyamatosan ellenőrizheted, hogy hány perce használod a felvett kerékpárt. Ha befejezted a bringázást, vidd vissza a kerékpárt bármelyik gyűjtőállomáshoz, és helyezd egy szabad dokkolóállásba. Zárd le a kerékpárt úgy, hogy az okoslakat gombját ütközésig lenyomod.

Eager to charge you with return fee while it’s their own system that is at fault

Charged me twice 5000 HUF return fee for “parking outside a station”. Both cases it was due to a flaw in their system, and they did not actually return the bike (I continued with the same bike). 1) the park/pause option doesn’t always show up, and they close some stations while there’s no other one closeby 2) Sometimes they consider a station ‘closed’ while it is actually available, or at least no indication that it is closed. So parking in an actual station doesn’t prevent them from taking your money.

Tried to contact customer service multiple times, but zero response, they just charge your bank account. Unfortunately it seems robbing tourists is their business model. Would stay away from this company.

You can check the available stations in the application so you can avoid the inconvenient moments.
