Worst rental experience ever
Please avoid. Its a trap. I found the van completely empty. I could barely make it to the nearest gas station. The gas station did not accept the card that was provided by Hertz.
I tried to contact Hertz, through the onboard system, but of course, no one picked up. I ended up paying for the gas myself. After finding the telephone number in the app, I rang them and complained that the instructions found in the van did not mention the fact that I had to find a specific brand gas station. However, their reaction was that I had accepted the terms and conditions, so not their problem.
I ended up paying €350 for renting a van for one and a half days…
