We used the app to rent a bike. It didn’t pause, so we ended it. Thinking we could just rerent it and return it to its original site. Then we got fined 20€ saying we could earn it back by returning said bikes (what we wanted to do aanywaus) then we were informed that we couldn’t rerent before paying the 20€. So we did and returned the bikes. Then one bike refused to end the rent.Their system doesn’t work. How dare they fine people when it’s so broken. Why can lime determike where you can park your bike and they can’t?Horrible experience never again

Then the support is horrible saying that “you selected it” even though it was pre-selected, no warning given and not clear it was even an option to select something else

Thank you for your feedback. Purchasing an annual pass retroactively from the beginning of the month can often still be worthwhile for customers up to a few days before the start of the next month. Therefore, it is important that we offer this option. In our opinion the start date of validity is clearly and transparently displayed in two places during the purchase process. Nevertheless, we take your feedback seriously and will review whether we can make this even clearer. Your WienMobil Team.

I wanted to buy single ticket for metro, but I didn’t have an account. Went smooth at first - I selected the fare, filled in name and went to checkout and then I was asked to make an account or login. So I was like ok that should be fine, if I do with Apple ID. WRONG. I had to verify my apple id with email that was marked as spam. I was starting to be annoyed but I did verify with a faith I can finally get my single ticket. But then it asked me to fill in whole bunch of personal information!!! Here it is where I am angry as a user and working in tech and in product management I am annoyed with lousy work you folks did with login wall here. I ended up buying paper ticket even though I didn’t want to.
