I just wanted to say that Webnovel is only focused on money. You’re hardly able to read 40+ chapters of ONE book before you’ll have to pay to unlock the other chapters. Ofcourse, you can wait for your daily 3 fast passes which will enable you to unlock THREE chapters. Now have fun and read books consisting of 250+ chapters, you’ll be able to finish reading the book in around 70 days without spending money. And please don’t start talking about Membership. It is around $10 a month and it wouldn’t be so bad if it enabled you to read (certain) books for free when you become a member. Instead you’ll still have to unlock chapters with coins. The average chapter costs around 5 coins to unlock (and that’s only talking about novel chapters, comic chapters costs around 10 coins to unlock). Buying membership will give you 500 coins immediately and around 10 coins daily for the rest of the month. Now you’ll be able to read around 160 chapters of ONE book for $10. Have fun spending money (you’re better of with the ads on Wattpad imo)I certainly don’t mind spending some money to read books especially if I have a lot of choices. The novels abailable on Webnovel are amazingly diverse (no complaints about that), but Webnovel is a moneygrubber and I’m better of reading novels on other sites that don’t require me to spend $10 to read ONE novel I probably won’t be able to finish without spending more money to unlock more chapters.Webnovel used to be amazing when you could read most novels without having to spend so much money. So, I hope Webnovel will change this aspect, but I’m afraid it will only get worse over time.

I’ve had the app for about two years now and I’d like to share my opinion. In the beginning you could read awesome stories for free but with each update, you could do less for free. The app has been pushing users into buying things in order for you to be able to read by giving less coins for free and by making all popular stories locked. I do not like these changes AT ALL! Right now I’m hardly able to read anything without having to pay for it. Also, there was this recent update where instead of showing at which chapter you are out of all it now shows the percentage. It is so frustrating because now you don’t know how many chapters you still have left and percentages are relative, so for example 5/10 chapters would be 50% but 500/1000 would be the same percentage. Though the stories are great, the app isn’t...
