The Q continuum
Not sure where to start:1. This app uses a dark pattern to get you into a subscription after building a profile or else you cannot use it. Offering very short time decide now discounts and as you just invested into building a profile using that to urge you to pay or else your invested time was useless.2. The profile seems to be ignored. It creates exercises that target areas you said to avoid, ignores duration set, ignores reminder times, ignores equipment you have or not have. Not sure why it was build.3. The profile uses close to shaming wording. Someone who goes to the gym 3 times a week is seen as something close to low active. Does not make you feel good about yourself.4. Interface is very hard to follow: how to start and stop, switching between menu's to do both. You manually need to tab a button when a set is done, during an exercise while time remains running it wants you to share progress and you need to click this away and much more.5. Generated exercises make little sense to me. Often it generates sets with 0 rest time in-between for harder long things like 3 sets of planking without any break (then its just one set), and then creates very long over 1 minute breaks for very easy short sets. It seems totally random.6. Statistics seem to day based and cannot easily be looked back at or when you can its really hidden.7. Food scanning seems fine but it does not store any data in apple health even when sync is on. 8. The AI does not remember things in one conversation. For example ask it to generate a set of exercises and then change something, for like avoid legs, then it generates a new one, ask it to shorten the time and it will add leg exercises again. Put everything in one prompt or you will be talking a long time to it.

The app freezes if you try to import data from apple health, that way you have to start all the way over from the start, when selecting time you don't use the same slider style as for weight or height, yeah the chances of staying a workout at 13.47 are very probable. That brings me to the metric/imperial selection, shouldn't it be behold the time? And the final blow in the coffin you get the user to do all that (not using UserDefaults to at least save the onboarding data of the app freezes or the user quits half way) and then hit them with a pay wall, no trial no nothing, pay or leave
