Please explain to me why do you offer delivery when you have no drivers available for over an hour? Tried to cancel my order, because it's been ready for over 45 minutes now - it's gonna be soggy and cold, but the only response I got from the support bot (AI at it's peak) was asking me for more patience. Well, I was patient enough, I ordered food through different app and will start a refund process with my credit card provider. Absolutely unreliable service - and I feel so sad about it, especially that I love the taxi service that I use very often... Shame on the foods branch! :(

Nuolatos susiduriu su Bolt negebėjimu valdyti savo servisą. Užsakius maistą iš anksto (schedule for later) ir restoranui jį jau paruošus vežti, kurjeris atšaukiamas ir galiausiai neberandamas. Taip vyksta nuolat, ką tik trečias kartas. Suprantu, kad yra problemų su kurjeriais, galbūt kaina pasikeičia – tuomet suteikite galimybę padidinti tipsus, gal tada atveš. Trečią kartą vakaras sugadintas, o maistą užsisakau tik svarbia proga. Besikreipus į supportą, nepasiūlytas netgi nemokamas kitas pristatymas – tai mažiausia, ką galima padaryti.. Apgailėtina, nerekomenduoju Bolto.

Eram la spital in garda si am facut o comanda. Era in jur de ora 22:30. Trebuia sa ajunga in 30 min si s-a tot adaugat timp pana la 1 ora jumate iar apoi am primit mesaj de anulare cum ca un alt curier a luat din greseala comanda si nu se mai poate face nimic. Din contact center au raspuns ca nu au ce face. Total ezamagitor! O experienta f urata pt o persoana care era la job si nu avea alternativa la o ora asa tarzie.

Hoi! Dat had nooit zo moeten gebeuren. We snappen dat je in het ziekenhuis stond en dat een bestelling die eerst tot ruim 1,5 uur oploopt en dan wordt geannuleerd echt niet oké is. Open ☰ Account > Support en kies de betreffende bestelling, zodat we kunnen bekijken wat er is gebeurd en wat de opties zijn. We helpen je graag verder en blijven dit aanpakken!
