Thanks for asking. OBDeleven has been designed with phone use in mind, thus the mobile phone environment will always take priority over any other one, including tablets like iPad. While such an accessibility feature isn't out of our reach of implementation - our developers already have their hands quite busy with ongoing R&D tasks and a backlog of bugs to fix. That being said, you definitely aren't the first to speak up on this - such feedback is valuable to us. And perhaps, with more voiced opinions, our developers could reevaluate the priority for changes like this. Until then, we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

OBDeleven requires a network connection to access our cloud database, link up with your account, and bring you all our features and services. Though we have heard of our users' needs for offline functions, and are considering such aspect for future developments. Furthermore, if our specific, ready-made One-Click Apps aren't within your customization needs, manual coding is available with the Pro or Ultimate plans, provided you know a thing or two about this more advanced side of vehicle diagnostic practices.

We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you've had with our device and One-Click Apps so far. We understand the importance of reliable and user-friendly assistance for you and your VW Golf and we regret that OBDeleven didn't live up to your expectations. Our team is committed to resolving all your aforementioned technical issues regarding faulty OCA's, as well as possible device malfunctions. Keep in mind that all our devices come with a 2 year warranty - our customer support team will happily assist you regarding the warranty process once the inherent device issues are verified.Your patience and collaboration are greatly appreciated, especially during weekends, as our specialists only operate during the workweek between 07:00 AM and 06:00 PM (UTC+3). It's a shame to hear about your device connectivity troubles. Our most recent app update was 2 weeks ago (as of the time of this response) and we've gotten comparatively little quantities of updated-related connection concerns. Please try uninstalling and re-installing the mobile app, trying to connect to the device with a different mobile phone, as well as checking if you can connect to a different vehicle if you have the means. If you still cannot connect, please refer to our customer support team for further assistance and guidance on the matter. Our specialists can be reached by starting a Help Chat within our mobile app, while our Social Media pages are more for community building and advertisements; our official forum also serves as a community hub, but our support team doesn't have a help board there, please proceed via the aforementioned Help Chat within the app.
