I've been using this app on and off for more than a year now, sometimes with a Premium subscription. It seems with every version I try, some random new bug/"feature" turns up that makes it borderline unusable. At the moment my car's position seems to be stuck on the chart at some random location about 100km from me so I cannot plan any routes. The option to override the car's position seems to be gone from the app. So I've canceled my Premium subscription again as I don't like to pay for the privilege of being a beta tester. Don't get me wrong, there is a lot to like about ABRP, when it works. EV routing is quite accurate and especially for planning longer trips it can be a great help. The problem is that too often it does not work.

Enkele zaken die we zagen tijdens onze rit naar zuid Frankrijk:Our findings during our 2600+ KM round-trip to south france using latest ABRP + CarPlay + ODB2 dongle.- Location was not updated during two sessions where we needed to kill the app to make it work again.- Weird charge stops, where we where directed to fast-chargers long distance from the highway. We check every stop now manually. We where directed deep in Antwerpen twice.- Directed to non-public fast-chargers on dealer-lots- Twice: Incorrect end-SOC for next charge; seemed to count the current route power consumption 2x (mentioned end-SOC of 7%, restart of app: 14%) Restart- Showed different information in iOS app compared to CarPlay multiple times; especially the end-SOC. Restart.All in all we really think ABRP needs some quality love. Stop adding features but make it 100% dependable. It seems we’re not alone reporting quality issues. Better less features which users can depend.

Planning is excellent but the actual navigation could do with certain improvements.- no internet means no navigation. This is a problem in tunnels and areas where there is no internet - sometimes a bug when driving it thinks you are at the startpoint while being on the road already- better routes not picked up- position of cursor / car on the screen is not that great- sometimes apple carplay crash with this appSo use it to plan the charging stops and use another app to navigate to these stops works loads better..

I took the premium version to include live traffic and re-routing. However this is not working at all. We ran into a 2+ hour delay at the gotthardtunnel and even in the jam no live info was available. Also later on where waze reported heavy traffic no sign in abrp. Charge point planning and routing in itself is great. Please fix the live traffic part !
