Shameless bad

How is it possible that such a big CCTV company with absoluut great hardware all over the world fails to create a good looking and working application. IDMSS PLUS wasn’t user friendly but worked at least and wasn’t really bad looking. This DMSS app is a downscale on every part. Looks like a application from a 10$ AliExpress camera. I’m a proudly owner of a CCTV security company and I’m feeling really ashamed when I have to let my new customers install there application for their brand new expensive camera system. This is in no way 2020 worth. Shame on you Dahua (if they read their reviews at all). Thinking about switching to Hikvison if this continues.
Squashed bugs for a better experience.
