The bike was locked, but in the app it was still active. If you try to go to customer support in app, there's only an AI chatbot. For 25 minutes. I try to speak to a human, and it says it is going to put you through, but it doesn't. It just tries to continue referring you to a different article, and then it ends the chat. Extremely scammy business: €15 lost, and the bike is still locked in real life but not locked down in apps It's crazy!
