5 times same joke: automatic upgrade $81.99 without my approval while I already paid for a standard subscription, even for one year! This happens once the app doesn’t show you if you would want the upload the normal version or the improved version at $9.99 per song.Sometimes this step is skipped and you get a message that you need to add your creditcard again! Also it will cost you another 20-30 minutes (times 5!) to talk to customer support.
