Many times I watched ads but got no extra rewards afterwards. And sometimes when I re-watched the ads still no rewards. I have 35 cats now so I’m willing to put up with it a bit longer. But it’s really annoying 30 seconds ad and then another 30 seconds still no rewards!! I wrote an email to them about this problem but they asked for more details. They asked what ads are they what contents and pictures. It happened many times on different ads for a long period(not on a daily basis but so often. Sometimes a few times on same day) How am I supposed to know if this time I’ll get the reward or not. Do I need to record it every time I watch an ad? Because it’s impossible to show this problem with a screenshot only a video can show that I spend 30 seconds watch an Ad and when it’s over I return to the page, no rewards received but the same invitation goes "get reward watch ad"
