I want rates alerts for specified routes. Ratepunk promises this but doesn’t follow through. When searching, I find flights with better airfares, more convenient flight times and better airlines. What a waste of money!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that Ratepunk did not meet your expectations. Rate alerts are available in the app, and you can set them up for your preferred routes and travel dates by going to the "Alerts" section in the app and creating a new alert. This allows you to receive notifications when matching deals become available. Deal availability can vary depending on your departure airport, destination, dates, and current airline offers. We also understand that travelers have different priorities, such as price, flight times, airlines, and number of stops. We recommend using the available filters and preferences to help find deals that better match your needs. If you need any assistance with setting up alerts or have questions about your account, please contact us at hi@ratepunk.com.

Ok If you like kiwi.com

It seems like this app only offers flights going through kiwi.com, which has the worst customer service I’ve seen and had to deal with. Also haven’t seen no business class flights like they advertised. Like 0. Theres also a community tab but no admin answers anything, it’s just a bunch of clueless users who’d like an answer but don’t get any. The app could be good but it’s just not. If you don’t mind kiwi and their scammy way to charge your luggage, then go for it.
