Want to use this but I am stuck at the registration. My VIN is already known, so can’t continue or go back to login. So I am stuck at the What’s your car’s VIN screen. Deleting the app and reinstalling does not prevent this. Anything I can do?
Misleading prices and bad customer service
I got an offer for a monthly subscription but the prices were misleading (Ionity fixed price only in Germany applicable). I contacted the customer service department and they said that the text could be better but after several reminders no solution or compensation was offered and no update or closure email.
Stuck at VIN, app data not deleted
Two drivers on one car: vin number already registered by my partner, I’m stuck. When I delete the app with all the data to reinstall and restart the registration, the app it’s restarting without the sign in/register screen - the data is not deleted.
