I absolutely love Lumi! My stylist took the time to understand my preferences and curated outfits that perfectly fit my lifestyle. The entire process was seamless, from the initial consultation to receiving my outfit. The quality of the pieces exceeded my expectations, and I love how effortlessly stylish I feel now. It’s like having a personal shopper without the hassle—definitely worth it!

App charges without authorization

You provide $1 authorization once accessing the app. It charges $49 without notice and without the app being used. Terms of use has a Subscription Terms link - but link does not work. Do not sign up for this app - even if you are only curios to see how it works.

Scam!!

Don’t fall for it and fill in a ‘free’ test quiz. This is a scam! Before I noticed I payed over €100 when not even installing or using an app. The results of the test for me where not even close to my type or style of clothing that suites me. Total waste of way too much money!!!

Lures you in with nice talk and all, but once in, it’s hard to actually cancel your subscription. And if you once thought you’d cancelled, you apparently had a few different kind of subscriptions, and you ‘only’ cancelled one of them. Causing a sudden unexpected payment of say €120,-. So sorry, it’s an ‘okay’ for the idea, but for the rest it’s just a way of stealing money…

Dear Valued Customer! We're really sorry to hear this and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We completely understand how upsetting it is to feel caught off guard by unexpected charges, especially when you believed you had canceled. Our service includes different plans and optional add-ons, and we acknowledge that the cancellation process should be much clearer to avoid confusion. That's something we're actively working on improving. We never want anyone to feel misled or stuck, and unexpected charges are never our intention. Please reach out to us directly at customer.care@lumi.place so we can look into your account, clarify any charges, and assist with a resolution. We want to make this right and ensure you feel fully supported and informed moving forward. Thank you again for your feedback—it truly helps us improve.
