Hallo! ✨
Fake trial subscription
Julia(n)
Apparently this app is so bad that they have to trick people in getting a paid subscription. They offer a free 3 day trial before going to a paid subscription, bit once you click that option you instantly get charged a paid year subscription. I instantly contacted them, but after a week i still havent gotten any answer. I’m a little afraid I’ll never get my €59.99 back. I also started trying the templates from the app, but it give terrible results, so please dont even try the free trial option as I feel like the app malfunctions intentially when signing up. I’m always very careful with these things so i feel quite scammed. And support is apparently non existing.

Hello,Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. If a charge appears during a free trial, it’s usually due to Apple’s subscription rules. This can happen if the free trial was used before on the same Apple ID, the trial wasn’t fully activated, the trial period had already ended, or the subscription was canceled too close to the trial’s end. Selecting a different plan can also result in an immediate charge.Developers don’t have access to payment details and can’t process refunds. All billing is handled by Apple. You can request a refund directly through Apple’s official support. If you have any questions or need guidance with the refund process, you can reach us at support@bigrowth.io.
This update brings a new look, refined tools, and fresh content:
- Updated Liquid Glass interface across the app
- Editor and tool improvements for smoother, more reliable editing
