You pay to get the app, but you don't pay for premium features. That's another €12 a year. You can only add one Uptime Kuma server at a time. And the home screen widget doesn't seem to work. Not sure if that's another premium feature. Not sure what I paid €6 for then.

2FA not supported

2FA is not supported by the app, does disclose it when setting up the server but since this is a paid app, it should have mentioned that in the description on App Store page. Now I’ve wasted €6 only to find out I can’t use it.

This app has been updated by Apple to prepare for watchOS 27 compatibility. No new features are included. Fix multiple login attempts in the new version of Uptime Kuma. We regularly update the application to ensure its ongoing efficiency
