App still crashes on start up. Why is it still possible to buy this app while the app is impossible to use? Terrible, like the Norwegian weather!

This application always worked on my Iphone 3. But now it stopped working. I need an IOS update. But that is not there for the Iphpne 3.
Nordic Radar is now working again - now compatible with the Radar API 2.0.
This update includes new maps for the Nordic countries, and new Norwegian composite maps.
