Groundwire is a SIP client, not a VoIP service. You need service from a VoIP provider or PBX that supports standard SIP clients.

Groundwire is a universal client and true VoIP for PBX users. Teams run it as an Asterisk softphone, a FreePBX extension, or a 3CX endpoint, and it connects just as readily to hosted PBX systems and business phone providers. It also comes preconfigured for major providers, so setup takes minutes. Because it is a standard client, there is no lock-in: bring the account you already have, and Groundwire becomes the mobile extension of your PBX, with encrypted SIP calling on every network.

Most advanced voip app ever

I’m using this app in many professional environments for different companies. It always works and has great battery life. Given you know the limitations of voip. IGNORE all the reviews / negative feedback here in the App Store. It is 90% from consumers and non technical people who don’t understand voip and are projecting their own lack of skills onto the app maker. In that sense they should write an exam to test if you fully know what you are talking about before you are allowed to post a review.

De taal is niet in te stellen. De helft van het menu is in het Engels, de andere helft in het Nederlands. Programma blijft draaien in de achtergrond ondanks dat ververs op achtergrond uitstaat. Programma heeft geen donkere modus. Kan slecht een aantal kleuren veranderen. Account bij HOIP is niet te registreren. Kan geen uitgaande gesprekken opzetten, alleen gesprekken ontvangen. Deze app is half af, en zeker geen € 10 waard. App verbruikt heel veel stroom, mijn batterij gaat heel snel leeg.
