Bleep tests are split into a number of different levels, with a number of beeps at each level. For example, the requirement for police officer candidates in England and Wales is to reach level 5.4 (i.e. level 5, four beeps). The total running time for this is about 3 minutes and 40 seconds. Bleep test is a commonly used term for shuttle run, multistage fitness test (msft), pacer test, endurance test, and beep test.

It seems I need my phone to make it work. I choose this app because it supported the apple watch but it dus not start. I neef to have my phone present and connect my Headphones to the phone.

Works perfect! But add an option to remove a profile.

So glad you're enjoying the app. The app features the ability to delete individual profiles. Just swipe your finger over the runners profile and you will see a button labelled 'delete'

Deze update van Apple verbetert de functionaliteit van deze app. Er zijn geen nieuwe functies opgenomen. Micro Update: » Bleep test levels now correctly starts at .1 rather than .0 » Other bug fixes » Updated screenshots What's planned for the future? We are completely remaking the Apple Watch app and are allowing you to take a deeper look into your bleep test history and statistics. Expected later this year.
