Customer support doesn't really help you if you have an issue or feature request. I understand that they can not fix it, they should forward it to a team or a third party or whatever. However they probably doesn't represent the user well. I am using this for almost a year with yearly subscription. I can't say it's not helpful, but when it comes to a thing that is missing for me or you need a little feature in the app, you are not supported well. All of them are just kind people that you can talk about your issues, questions and requests. Your issues won't be resolved quickly and your requests won't be taken into consideration until lots of people request it.

My transactions stay “in process” (Dutch: in behandeling) so I can’t change in what category (budget) they belong!Therefore the app is now useless for me.Otherwise the app works well.I’m using ING for sync (Netherlands), IOS 15Please fix!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Pending transactions can't be edited until they're posted. Please check the Web App to see if the "Pending" status is removed. The app is great and provides enough opportunities to track transactions, budgeting, and with the new update, a lot of new features were introduced. But this new version also resulted in very slow app, such as switching from month to year, labels missing in category, or not being able to change the period at all. I use iPhone 17 pro max so I would assume it would work. I hope they do performance updates soon! Then it is 5 stars obviously!

The app is great and provides enough opportunities to track transactions, budgeting, and with the new update, a lot of new features were introduced.
